Liverpool Vs Arsenal
All eyes will be on Anfield when Liverpool and Arsenal go head to head in the Premier League derby on Sunday afternoon. The Reds head into the match following a goalless draw with Chelsea, and, no doubt, they are desperate to put an end to their three-match winless run.
The Gunners, are eager to cement the top position in the standings, but beating Liverpool on the road is easier said than done. Since Liverpool are eager to pick up all three points from the match as well, we are tempted to put our money on both teams to score. In the first half of the season, Arsenal defeated Liverpool 3-2.
Our prediction, GG
Man Utd Vs Everton
Manchester United will look to stay in the Champions League race when they take on Everton on Matchday 30. The Red Devils are a real force to be reckoned with at home, and we are positive that they will adopt an attack-minded approach in Saturday’s clash.
The Toffees, on the other hand, are sitting in the danger zone, just above the bottom three. Everton is undefeated in the previous four league matches, but seeing that Man Utd has been producing excellent displays at home this season, we are tempted to put our money on the home side.
Our prediction, Man United to win and have Over 1.5 goals
Wolves Vs Chelsea
Molineux Stadium will host Saturday’s football game between Wolverhampton and Chelsea, the two mid-table sides. Chelsea is having a season to forget, and, as a result, manager Graham Potter got fired. The interim boss and his men aim to return to winning ways as soon as possible, and they are likely to go all guns blazing at the Wolves.
The Wolves, on the other hand, collected only one point in total from the last three league matches, with the team remaining in the danger zone. Wolverhampton, though, is tough to beat at home, and we are positive that they will hold out-of-sorts Blues to a draw.
Our prediction, Draw
Southampton Vs Man City
Southampton and Man City face each other at St. Mary’s Stadium in the closing match of Saturday’s program. The Saints are stuck at the bottom with only 23 points in their pockets, and, as a result, the bookies see them as big underdogs in this clash.
The Citizens, on the other hand, are eyeing their fifth consecutive league win, and seeing that Erling Haaland has overcome his injury, we are tempted to put our money on the title-chasing visitors. Earlier this year Southampton eliminated Man City in the EFL Cup quarter-finals, meaning that Pep Guardiola’s troops are hungry for revenge.
Our prediction, Man City to win and have over 2.5 goals
Nice Vs PSG
All eyes will be on Allianz Riviera when Nice and PSG face each other in the Ligue 1 derby on Matchday 30. Les Aiglons have drawn each of their last four league matches, and, no doubt, they would be happy with one point from Saturday’s encounter as well.
PSG, suffered a dip in form, with the team losing to both Rennes and Lyon in front of home fans, and, no doubt, they are low on confidence ahead of the trip to Nice. Neymar has been sorely missed of late, and, in his absence, we do not believe that the league leaders are capable of grabbing more than one point from the Allianz Riviera showdown.
Our prediction, Draw.
Dortmund Vs Berlin
Borussia Dortmund and Union Berlin square off against each other at Signal Iduna Park in what is expected to be one of the most interesting games of Saturday’s program. The Yellow-Blacks failed to impress in der Klassiker, with the team losing to Bayern Munich 4-2, but keep in mind that they are on a seven-game winning run on home soil. Since Borussia Dortmund crushed Koln 6-1 in their last home fixture, it is no wonder that the odds for home triumph have been dropping.
USA forward Giovanni Reyna should recover in time to face Union Berlin, while all Nico Schlotterbeck, Thomas Meunier, Julien Duranville, Abdoulaye Kamara, and Mateu Morey remain in the recovery room. The capital club, on the other hand, produces much better showings at home than on the travels, which is yet another reason why a home win should be considered.
Our prediction, Borussia Dortmund to win.
Freiburg Vs Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich will be aiming to retain the top position in the standings when they face Freiburg on Matchday 27. The league leaders proved their worth in der Klassiker, with the team outplaying their bitter rivals Borussia Dortmund 4-2, but the Yellow-Blacks are still breathing down their neck.
Christian Streich’s men, on the other hand, are eager to stay in the Champions League berth, but seeing that Bayern Munich does not suit them, we are tempted to put our money on Thomas Tuchel’s troops.
Our prediction, Bayern Munich to win
Lazio Vs Juventus
All eyes will be on Stadio Olimpico when Lazio and Juventus go head to head in the Serie A derby. The Biancocelesti are eager to cement their spot in the Champions League, but they will have a big fish to fry in Sunday’s derby. Since Montenegro international Adam Marusic is back from suspension, Maurizio Sarri will have a full squad to choose from. Juve, on the other hand, is eyeing their fourth consecutive league win.
The Bianconeri want to rejoin the Champions League race, but beating Lazio in “The Eternal City” is easier said than done. The two teams seem to be evenly matched at the moment, and, taking everything into account, the share of spoils is on the horizon.
Our prediction, Draw.
Real Madrid Vs Villareal
After rolling over Barcelona 4-0, Real Madrid will look to give fans yet another reason for celebration when they take on Villarreal on Matchday 28. Los Blancos are eager to put some pressure on league leaders Barcelona, but they will have to prove their worth on the field. As always, a man to watch in the home team will be Karim Benzema, who scored a hat-trick at the weekend.
Meanwhile, the Yellow Submarine will be without midfielder Nicolas Jackson, who misses out through suspension, while both Gerard Moreno and Francis Coquelin are sidelined with injuries. Since Villarreal looked sharp in front of the goal in a 2-0 win over Real Sociedad, the over 2.5 goals betting option should be considered.
Our prediction, Over 2.5 goals
Rayo Vallecano Vs Atletico Madrid
There will be fireworks when Rayo Vallecano and Atletico Madrid go head to head in the local derby on Sunday evening. Los Vallecanos failed to win the previous seven league fixtures, and it is no wonder the odds for away triumph has been dropping. Boss Andoni Iraola should have a full squad to choose from for the Madrid derby.
Diego Simeone’s troops, on the other hand, showed character in a hard-fought 1-0 win over Real Betis, with Angel Correa scoring a late winner. Argentina forward is pushing for a start, whereas both Memphis Depay and Reinaldo Mandava should miss out with injuries. Left-back Sergio Reguilon is a major doubt. Atletico is on a four-match winning run in La Liga, and seeing that they defeated Rayo in their last encounter at Campo de Futbol de Vallecas, we are tempted to put our money on the visitors.
Our prediction, Athletico Madrid to win.
